Delete your Taskliet account

To delete your Taskliet account, open the app → Profile / Settings → Delete account. House Admins must first nominate a new House Admin or delete the household. You can also request deletion on the contact page.

Until you use in-app deletion, you can request it via Contact us with topic “Account deletion”, or email support@taskliet.com. Include the Google email you signed in with.

Who can delete what

The House Admin is the person who created the household. Family members are everyone else in that home.

Family members can delete their own account in the app (Profile). They cannot delete the house. Confirmation is Yes/No, with buttons locked for 30 seconds and a timer. It cannot be undone.
House Admin can delete the household. Same 30-second confirmation. The house is removed and members lose access to that house.
House Admin cannot delete their own account while they are still House Admin. They must nominate another House Admin or delete the household first.

How to delete in the app

Open Taskliet → Profile / Settings → Delete account.
Read the confirmation. Wait for the 30-second timer.
Confirm. Your account is removed from Taskliet.

If you are House Admin

Before you can delete your own account:

Nominate another member as House Admin, or
Delete the household (irreversible — members lose that house).

Request deletion from this website

Use the contact form if you cannot open the app. Choose topic Account deletion and tell us the Google email on the account.
